A Season of Prayer, Thanksgiving, and Faith | November 2026

Precious supporter and encourager of the Old Fashioned Revival Hour,
On this month’s second broadcast Dr. Fuller will open to us the first chapter of the prophecy of Isaiah which will feature a most critical hour in the history of the southern kingdom of Judah. Despite extending bleak warnings and condemnations, the Lord (through His humble prophet) continued to love and woo Judah back to Himself. I believe this is a critical time in the history of our own nation and hope you’ll make a special effort in joining me in reading through Isaiah 1:2-20. May we seek to be cleansed and be a conduit of the Holy Spirit, keeping in fervent prayer and seeking the Lord’s face. As you vote this week, may the mind and heart of Christ your Savior move you to pray, to will and to work for His good pleasure. Oh, the DEEP, DEEP LOVE OF JESUS!
In the third week of November we’ll begin with Dr. Fuller’s lengthy series on “The Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ.” In verse 3 of chapter 1 we find this beatitude: “Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of the prophecy, and heed the things which are written in it; for the time is near.” So I trust you’ll READ along with us as you HEAR Dr. Fuller’s teaching, and thar you’ll KEEP (heed, lay to heart, pay attention to) this portion of God’s Word.
In these days leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas, may the Lord keep us alert to His purposes, and may we know the joy of submission to His grand plans for each of us.
Dear ones, may I share some important family business with you? Since I wrote last, we have been forced to drop 2 stations, and perhaps more are in line for cancellation very soon. This is our only option when we don’t hear from people in the areas those stations service. Broadcast time is very expensive and depends entirely on the prayers and gifts of listeners and friends. Unfortunately, our financial reserves have dropped precipitously during 2026. As we seek God’s will to continue this broad- cast ministry, we depend heavily on each of you who wish to have OFRH continue on your station.
Here’s a brief note we received recently from a lady in South Carolina: “Thank you again for the wonderful music on your rebroadcasts! I can listen sometimes on ofrh.com at a volunteer job on the computer. And I share the website with others, hoping they will also listen.”
Speaking of music, the CD we’re featuring this month has 24 beautiful instrumental numbers by Rudy Atwood and Ralph Carmichael. The CD can be yours for only $16.50 which includes shipping. Of course, if you could include a gift to OFRH along with your order, that would be greatly appreciated.
We do need your encouragement as we move toward the end of the year.
Michael Khanchalian, D.D.S.
