September 2019 Newsletter
Treasured OFRH Family,
First of all, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to those of you who responded to our urgent message last month. It looks like we’ll be able to remain on the two stations I mentioned – for at least one more month. One lady said she almost started crying to think we’d go off KGNW in Seattle. We’re praying that this surge in gifts will be sustained through the end of the year and beyond, but we’ll have to keep you posted month by month. And here’s a note from a listener in Escondido, California: “I was delighted to find you on KPRZ awhile ago. Love the music and message – such as God blessed America for. Have told others of you. Please find help enclosed. God bless and keep you on.”
Dr. Fuller will be teaching through the New Testament book of 1 Timothy, chapters 1 and 2, during the entire month of September. I trust the worship music and these messages will lift you up in a special way. Timothy is exhorted by the apostle Paul to stir up his spiritual gift in order to be the conduit of words and personal encouragement from the Lord to God’s precious redeemed ones.
In recent months I’ve been enjoying a sermon series that has focused on the gifts of the Holy Spirit which believers receive primarily for the benefit of others and not particularly for themselves. I pray that He will flow His marvelous grace through you to others and that together we will all take time to seek the Lord’s face and to implore Him to use our gifts to be the words and hands of Jesus to those He leads us to this week.
“Marvelous Grace” is the title of the CD we’re featuring this month. It has 16 songs by the men’s quartet and can be yours for just $16.50 which includes shipping. (For Californians it’s $18 due to tax.) And if you’re able to add a gift to the purchase price to ensure another month of broadcasting in San Diego and Seattle, we would be so very grateful.
Laboring together with you in the gospel,
Michael Khanchalian, D.D.S.
